I grew up here in Minocqua and moved back to the area with my husband and two small children in 2017. My passion is helping others to understand health and fitness, and their own role in maintaining and improving their health.




My Master's Degree is in Exercise Science with a dual concentration in Sports Nutrition and Sports Performance and Training.  I am a NASM Personal Trainer, a Certified Sports Nutritionist, a Performance Enhancement Specialist, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Certified Barre Instructor. 

Throughout my career I've worked with athletes of every level and age, previously coaching the Division 1 Swimming and Diving teams at UW-Green Bay as well as coaching kids of a local swim team.  I worked at the Green Bay Kroc Center as the Health & Wellness Coordinator and then the Fitness Supervisor.  I have also worked with Green Bay Packers players during their off-season to improve their flexibility and recovery process.
