All classes can be taken in-person or virtually.

Functional Movement W/Laurel

For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

 Tuesdays
9-9:45 AM 

 Designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, this functional strength & conditioning class will use straps, loops, dumbbells, and bands (but you can also use just your body weight as well). Be prepared to stretch, work on your flexibility strengthen all of your muscles, and sweat!

FULL BODY BARRE FLOW W/Laurel

For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

Thursday, May 19th, Class is at 9:30-10:15 AM

This barre flow will help you achieve a total body workout. This low-impact class focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility.

For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

FRIDAYS
5:30-6:15 AM

This class is a high volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared towards improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness.
