Roots Classes

All classes can be taken in-person or virtually.

 

Class Package Options

5 or 10 class packages may only be used for the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday  classes.  Tracking of class attendance will be taken at the Studio! Let Laurel know which class you're attending by texting 715-614-0005.

If you prefer to sign up for 1 class at a time, single class purchases can be done below.  Please note that the prices are different if purchasing a class that is part of the Fall Fitness  Studio.

Winter Wellness Studio

Tuesday Functional Fitness

Part of the 1 or 2 month small group training but you may also drop in to this class! For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness and help you reach your goals.

 Tuesdays
8:30 AM 

Class Length: 50-60 Minutes

 Designed to strengthen and tone your entire body, this functional strength & conditioning class will use straps, loops, dumbbells, and bands (but you can also use just your body weight as well). Be prepared to stretch, work on your flexibility strengthen all of your muscles, and sweat!

Thursday's Functional Fitness

Part of the 1 or 2 month small group training but can also drop in for one class! For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

Time: 8:30 AM

Class Length: 50-60 Minutes

Monday:

Total Body Barre

9-9:45 AM

Warm up with a yoga cardio mash up followed by plenty of barre exercises to tone and sculpt your whole body.  Light weights, bands, gliders, and more will be used to make this a total body workouts.

Warm Yoga Sculpt

Temperature turned up between 80-85 degrees to warm the body up.  We will stretch, strengthen, and sculpt in this class using your own body weight and the occasional light weights!

Total Body HIIT 

5:30-6 AM

This fast paced, heart rate lifting class will leave you feeling so proud of your mental and physical strength.  Class will be held as a circuit style, using battle ropes, TRX, bosu balls, medicine balls, free weights, and more...a class that will go fast but leave you sweating! You will improve your muscle tone, definition, as well as your cardiovascular fitness.

Friday's FULL BODY CIRCUIT

For the beginner to the advanced, lots of options given to meet your level of fitness.

Time: 5:30 AM

Class Length: 30 Minute HIIT CLASS

This class is a high volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared towards improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness.
