Monday Total Body Barre
Warm up with a yoga cardio mash up followed by plenty of barre exercises to tone and sculpt your whole body. Light weights, bands, gliders, and more will be used to make this a total body workouts.
Wednesday Warm Yoga Sculpt
Temperature turned up between 80-85 degrees to warm the body up. We will stretch, strengthen, and sculpt in this class using your own body weight and the occasional light weights!
Friday Total Body HIIT
A fast-paced circuit style class that uses battle ropes, TRX, bosu balls, medicine balls, free weights, and more - this class will leave you sweating! You will improve your muscle tone, definition, and cardiovascular fitness.
