Spots are limited so that our small fitness group can grow throughout the Summer together! Classes will be a mixture of functional flow exercises, barre, yoga, cardio, core, trx, free weights, circuit style training, and so much more. This small group training is meant for all levels, you simply need a positive mindset and willingness to show up for yourself and for the others in the group! We will set goals and intentions for the 1 or 2 months of the Summer Sweat Studio option you decide on and support one another to reach them.
